With a passion for business and construction, Sam leads the team at A One with a detailed understanding of business principles that drive successful outcomes for our team and our clients. This passion has led to Sam being a greatly respected leader in the market with extensive client relationships across all levels.

  • Darren Blundell

    DIRECTOR

    Darren started the A One journey with one grader and a local network that understood his value as an experienced hand in Civil construction. Now with 20 years’ experience in the Civil Construction sector Darren brings an in-depth understanding of project safety, quality, and productions. When required, still leading the team by working side by side with the crew from the seat of a Grader, Darren continues to give A One the strength to deliver for our clients and develop the Operators of the next generation.

    GENERAL MANAGER

    Matt has worked on several key infrastructure projects across Victoria and NSW in the major roads, mining, defence, airports, private and renewables sectors. With over 10 years’ experience in the construction sector, growing teams and leading the successful delivery of complex projects in regional and metropolitan areas. Matt has built a reputation for fostering strong long-term client relationships and assisting his team in exceeding expectations.
